Introduction

Welcome to the Busker Evaluation, Comprehension & Assessment (BECA). This assessment helps us understand how you approach real-world situations, solve problems, communicate with others, and make decisions. It is not a test of memorization, and there are no trick questions.

At Busker LLC, we are not looking for perfect people. We are looking for people who care, think critically, communicate honestly, accept coaching, and strive to improve. Your responses help both you and Busker determine whether we are a good fit for one another.

There may be more than one reasonable way to approach a situation. We are interested in your rankings and the reasoning behind them. You will have an opportunity to explain your thought process during the interview.

Directions

1. Each scenario contains four responses labeled A–D.
2. Rank each response from 1 (Most Appropriate) to 4 (Least Appropriate).
3. Use each number only once within each scenario.
4. Answer based on what you would most likely do—not what you think we want to hear.
5. Complete every scenario and be prepared to explain your reasoning.
